VP of Sales – Healthcare Management Services – Hospital, Health Care, Wellness and Fitness

We are leading Healthcare Organization. Due to our growth, we are looking for a Senior VP of Sales. You will be responsible for the successful management of the needs of our customers and leading our outstanding sales team.
What you need for this position!
- 5+ years high level management experience.
- 5+ years healthcare industry experience.
- 7 + years managing both in house and field sales personnel.
- Has sold case management, disease management, utilization review, health coaching services to health plans, large employer groups, governmental agencies
- BA in Business related field. Masters preferred.
What you’ll be doing!
- The establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives/strategies
- Provide an annual Sales Plan and providing quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to the Plan.
- The SVP of Sales, in coordination with the CEO, establishes both market and target customer strategies for the Company.
- Overseeing account management team.
- Coordinate the specific objectives of the Sales Plan with all departments and specifically with Operations and Finance.
