Responsibilities:

• Provides customer service and ensures that it is a priority, by monitoring all associates’ personal sales, IPG (items per guest) and average sales.
• Monitor and maintain department presentation and ensure consistency with merchandising guidelines.
• Monitor and control payroll and shrinkage goals.
• Hiring, training and supervision of new sales associates.
• Prepares department for physical inventories, through monitoring the process of all incoming/​outgoing merchandise.
• Abides by and adheres to all applicable company policies and procedures.
• Additional responsibilities as required by management.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend shifts, as dictated by the needs of the business, with the ability to respond to department emergency situations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, college/​university degree preferred
• Minimum of 3-4 years retail experience, with at least 2 years experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Superior customer service and follow through skills.

Position Description:
Meet sales objectives for wireless phones, services, and accessories. Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including: completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments and filing the completed orders. Maintain strong knowledge of new wireless products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features. Maintain knowledge of competitive offers and provide critical market feedback to the Store Manager regarding local competition and product/service needs. Handle service inquiries from customers.
