    Job Description:

    This Partner Program Manager role is within HP Solution Partner Organisation (SPO). This person will be responsible for developing channel programs and driving a lot of project based programs.

    Prograns include:

    1. Channel SMB Programs

    * Partner SMB Portal

    * Partner SMB solution centers

    2. Key Alliance Programs:

    * Driving SMB channel programs with Microsoft

    3. Support the partner led programs

    * Greenfield Programs

    * Attach Programs

    * Partner Pipeline

    Your profile:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field of study
    • Minimum 6 years in Channel Management / Partner Programs
    • Business Development or Marketing experience, preferably in commercial channel or reseller marketing & programs
    • Industry experience in Information Technology particularly in computer products
    • Experience driving the implementation of marketing objectives
    • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, including strong presentation skills
    • Strong ability to establish and maintain relationships, internal and external
    • Ability to work autonomously
    • Tolerance of ambiguity
    • Proven ability to display strong creative skills
    • Easily adaptable to an extremely dynamic environment
    • Results driven
    • Strong analytical skills and close attention to details
