Position Description:

Direct Sales: Responsible for selling of service contracts & products directly to the installed base customers. Responds to incoming support services inquiries from Call Center; involves in warranty/contract conversion programs; supports and manages lead generation programs from marketing centre; vists major customers and non-target customers when required; uncovers new customers and opportunites; owns strategic account planning with Account Managers in India. Support and back up existing Product Support Specialist as a team. Have Energy, independent, drives for results, good knowledge of the service products, passion for customers and strong teamwork are the qualities required. Must possess good interpersonal relationship and communications skills.

Works on sales assignments with clearly defined objectives, techniques· Interprets customer needs and works to meet those needs; identifies potential business opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent. At least 2-3 years of working experience in selling service contracts/products for analytical instruments.(preferable).
