MTCSC has an opening for a well-rounded experienced industrial security professional to operate in a dynamic environment. The person selected for this position will be required to exercise positive control of visitors and conference guests in a professional and courteous manner. As a member of the access control and security operations team this person will work closely with the facilities and operations staff as well as senior managers and executives. This person must be comfortable providing short security presentations and answering questions about procedures and requirements. This person must be comfortable acting in the role of receptionist in a storefront setting. This person will also be required to perform personnel security functions associated with personnel security clearances and visits.
- Must have active Top Secret security clearance with eligibility for SCI
- Experience in an industrial security setting.
- Confident and professional demeanor and appearance.
- Flexibility to do whatever task is required and willingness to learn new functions.
- Self starter able to work with a team.
- Solid working knowledge of JPAS.
- Experience securing closed areas such as locking and setting alarms.
- Experience managing individual visitors and large groups of meeting attendees.
- Solid working knowledge of NISPOM requirements.
- High School diploma with three years experience in industrial, government or military security environment.
- SSO and/or CMCC experience a plus.
