Focal point of the management office for the Indigo Sales Operation activities including:

  • Supporting and managing HP Finacial Services (HPFS) financing activities to support funnel and quarterly deals and building new programs for HPFS to support business unit sale initiatives.
  • Maintaining ongoing follow up with various functional teams such as Supply Chain, Service, Credit Collection, Controllership, Treasury, Sales, Global Business Unit, and Legal to drive revenue recognition.
  • Maintain and insure that CRM system is updated and contains accurate information relating to prospects and deals status.
  • Drive and prepare reports and analysis that illustrate the business results, main drivers and metrics.
  • Lead business unit integration activities and special projects aimed at improvement of processes and enablers for scaling the business.
  • Work in partnership with Scitex sales operation lead to leverage knowledge and programs.
  • Business/Finance degree with 5-7 years of sales/marketing or finance experience
  • Understands front end sales processes and back end functions (Controllership, Credit and Collection, HPFS, Legal) and how they work with sales
  • Experience working with the field sales/marketing people
  • Team player at the same time ability to drive consensus for converged solution
  • Preferrably with financial background to enable discussions and lead for results on the various supporting functions.
