This role is only available to Hong Kong residents or to those who hold valid working visas or permits.

Responsibilities:

  1. As a member of EMT, involved in company – level operations management, and engagement supporting;
  2. Involved in determining internal training and staffing requirements driven by Jointech’s ongoing use of new and different software technologies;
  3. Identify project risks, develop risk mitigation plans and communicate project risks to the client and upper management;
  4. Work closely with the client to drive project results to ensure assigned projects are completed on time, within time target and to client expectations;
  5. Co-ordinate Delivery Director for development process and delivery schedule goals;
  6. Responsible for providing the highest practical level of quality assurance for all software developed or acquired through the software development organization;
  7. Lead analysis and design efforts for large complex projects and provide technical assistance to project team members;
  8. For on-shore or off-shore projects, analyzes application requirements from the client in order to understand the application vision to support the project team from a functional perspective;
  9. Assist with review, analysis and documentation of technical requirements;
  10. Involved in PMO operations for software development life cycle processes and procedures to ensure project to meet technical requirement and schedule goals;
  11. Undertake visits to client sitesto travel 50% of time in PRC, HK, Tokyo, London and New York to expand outsourcing business and to get on-the-spot feed back on product delivery performance as well

Requirements

  1. 10+ years of experience in software development, with 3 years in a professional services sales or business development role;
  2. Experienced in account and customer relationship development, competitive
    analyses, proposal development, negotiation and bid management;
  3. Record of project management and leadership in implementation outsourcing projects of fanacial or banking solutions;
  4. Mobility and willingness to travel 50% of time in PRC, HK, Tokyo, London and New York to support business;
  5. Business analyst skills in order to better comprehend/analyze requirements, with knowledge in finance or investment preferred;
  6. Ability to analyze system and business processes for capability extraction and abstraction;
  7. Experienced in project management office(PMO) is a must, and CMMI is a plus
  8. Exceptional bilingual communication and presentation skills
  9. Senior consulting management desirable;
  10. Self-initiativeHighly motivated and energetic individual;
  11. Must understand underlying technology for the related project
  12. Exposure and experience with various SLDC methodologies and techniques
  13. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related subject. MBA preferred;
  14. Excellent spoken and written English.;
