You will put all your strong business knowledge to use in overseeing the profitability and customer service of multiple units. As a District Manager, you will manage the daily operations of a district to achieve sales, profits, customer satisfaction and human resources management objectives. You will ensure objectives are achieved while operating within all Company guidelines and following ethical business practices.
Position will be based in either the Philadelphia or Pittsburgh market. Ideal candidates are relocatable within Wendy’s North Region (Columbus, Charleston, WV, Boston and New York).
Education / Experience:
- College degree / diploma
- Strong knowledge and understanding of restaurant operations, accounting, budgeting, and administrative procedures
- Strong PC skills
- Strong supervisory, organizational and communication skills
