Job Summary:
To prospect, cultivate, & secure sales opportunities within local market utilizing recognized effective lead generation techniques. The purpose of a ASAP Commercial Sales Professional is to secure (book) building systems in security related projects, and maintain a balance of service related bookings. Must be able to close a minimum booking volume of $1 to $1.75 million in a 12 month period. Must be able to prospect, cultivate, & qualify new customer opportunities. Must have ability to meet directly with customers to establish needs, and drive the overall sales process. Conduct customer site walkthroughs and estimate both building system installations and service opportunities. Must be able to construct & submit a professional written proposal.

- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- To build and develop ASAP Security Services user/customer base in assigned territory.
- Develop and implement prospecting/sales campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Ability to engineer/configure basic integrated temperature control systems.
- High-level of integrity and trustworthiness.
- Must be driven and resourceful.
Education and/or Experience:
3+ years, successful sales of electronic Security, Fire, CCTV, and Access Control systems. Must demonstrate a consistent and proven pattern of sales success in the target market. Must possess the ability to market, prospect and propose major building controls projects. Must have at least 2 major customers that are currently active in acquiring products. Must be professional and articulate with high-level communication skills.
