The Software Engineer creates technical designs and develops code to enhance our web application across the presentation layer. Specific responsibilities include:
- Builds high-performing, secure, globalized software using design patterns.
- Participates in code reviews.
- Follows and contributes to software development best practices.
- Offers proposed design changes/suggestions to processes and products.
- Contributes to organizational goals and objectives.
- Interacts cross-functionally with other teams.
Requirements
- Experience building .NET web applications using DHTML, jQuery, and ASP.NET AJAX.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited college in related discipline
Desirable Skills
- Experience developing Silverlight applications
- Experience using Telerik RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX
- Working knowledge of Visual Studio 2008 and Team Foundation Server
