Job Description for ASEAN Vendor Funding & Retail Marketing Manager – Singapore

Vendor Funding & Gross Marcom for ASEAN

  • Own the relationship with Microsoft, Intel, McAfee and other vendors to maximize ROI on vendor funds
  • Plan and control marketing budget, take in charge of prompt invoicing and correct documentation
  • Familiarize and 100% understanding of VF program rules and plan to maximize the claimability of VF for South Asia
  • Ensure that the execution of marketing activity/creative must be in compliance with approved SOW, any deviation from SOW need to be well informed and communicated to relevant cross functional teams and Agency
  • Meeting the planning time line for SOW sign-off, continuous monitoring/tracking of budget to ensure no over spend and minimum deviation
  • Ensure timely submission of POE and ensure maximum claimability and deliver to target
  • Do quarterly reviews with vendors to align on programs and dashboard.

Qualifications

  • Marketing Planning and Strategy Retail for Singapore
  • Help to achieve the Singapore business target for sale volume, revenue & margin and market share
  • Understand the market and competition and build competitive intelligence to address target marketing opportunity,  provide timely activity feedback and competitor movements
  • Responsible for development and administration of Singapore Retail marketing strategy, covering:
    - Branding, Integrated Marketing Communication mix for Retail, communication strategy for retail, and partners/alliances in collaborating marketing strategy with Intel, MS and any other partners.
    - Lead the planning process with agency to meet the marcom objectives.
    - Drive sales out program for Retailers
  • Run end user consumer programs and Store activation
  • Responsible for evaluating marketing investment effectiveness, tracking return on investment from the marketing and Retail Opex investment
  • Work closely with merchandizing team to standardized merchandising in retail level, make good monitoring on company’s marketing resource usage
