Duties may include:
- Preparing/typing memorandums, drafts, reports, proposals, and correspondence
- Screening and routing incoming calls, taking messages when necessary and conveying promptly.
- Coordinating executives’ calendars, arranging appointments, scheduling meetings and conferences.
- Handling confidential company information with discretion.
- Taking inventory of office supplies and ordering products.
- Scheduling maintenance/repair of office machines and equipment.
- Utilizing functions in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and performing database maintenance when necessary.
